I mainly communicate in GIFs, I am on my third ACL and don’t plan on blowing this one to bits! I absolutely love coaching but honestly, the love has to be there because the money isn’t 😂

I will find a way to say something to you that you understand and can relate too. Not a way that makes me sound clever. I love analogies (never thought I’d write those first 9 letters publicly 😳). I have secret handshakes and nicknames for so many people I’m surprised I remember them all 👐🏻

A genuinely try to put the ‘personal’ in personal training and want to cultivate community that I’m proud of! That is true for the Newburn Fitness Collective (scroll down to see more on that). The vision is to have one place you can go to do the all the extras that will help you progress and get more out of your gym membership.
The bits that I love to coach, that I think you should be being coached, but all on your phone without a huge cost. All doable in 20 minutes before or after class. The Netflix for fitness 🤩

I genuinely believe (well, I know) I am a good coach. I’ve got hundreds of people who will back that up, and 1000s of hours coaching under my belt.
Sadly, I can’t be everywhere to help as many people as possible. I believe you deserve to be coached to help you progress. It pains me to see “coaches” that don’t actually coach, they instruct. Thats probably why you are not getting the progress you want.
With all the motivation, hard work, and effort in the world, you’d still need a driving instructor to teach you to drive. Fitness is the same. Thats why I’ve set my heart on creating something new I’m proud of… The Newburn Fitness Collective (NFC)
It’s my way of helping you get more out of your current membership at your gym.
I’ll teach you to kipping swing then kipping pull up, rather than just give you the option of ring rows. I’ll deliver a proven strength program to improve your lifts.
I’ll give you sessions that are worth while to do in your additional 20 mins after class to get you fitter.
You join the NFC, you get fitter, you get to do more advanced movements in class, you get more for your current membership, you get fitter again. It’s a positive cycle.
