Description

How to Perform
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out.
- Position the barbell across your upper traps and grip it just outside shoulder width.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower into a squat.
- Drive through your heels to stand back up, keeping your torso upright.
Coaching Cues
- Keep your chest proud and elbows under the bar.
- Push your knees out in line with your toes.
- Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
