Hey everyone, thanks for being here. We’ve got a huge update to share: Programs have officially launched on Tempered Strength!

This has been a big focus for us, and we're excited to finally roll it out in a public beta. We’re kicking things off with two free programs, with more on the way, including premium “Pro” programs coming soon.

🎯 What’s Available Now?

1. Strong Foundation

A 4-week cross-discipline functional fitness program designed to give you a solid base. You’ll hit Olympic lifts, classic strength work, and conditioning, everything you need to build confidence and capability across the board.

2. GZLC Method

A 6-week strength-focused plan built around the GZLC lifting method, a simple, no-BS system designed to get you strong AF using traditional lifts and targeted accessory movements.

🛠️ What’s Coming Soon?

We’re just getting started. Here’s what’s on the roadmap for the Programs feature:

  • Auto-loaded weights, Connect your personal bests to generate the right weights for each session.
  • Workout-level checklists, Mark off individual workouts instead of just ticking off full days.
  • Community-led improvements, We’re listening closely to your feedback and fixing anything that gets in the way of a great experience.

🤝 Built With You, For You

Programs are still in their early stages, but our vision is big. And the direction we take will come straight from our community.

We want this feature to work for you, so if you have ideas, hit us up. Let us know what’s working, what’s not, and what would make Programs even better.

Let’s build something amazing together 💪

Extending the freebie offer

Any sign ups for the next 24 hours will be made PRO for free, for life!
